My wife and I purchased this lot from her father and we had this house built on it. We moved in January, 1969. We planted all the trees as well as the lawn. We also developed the garden.
We sold the house in 1978, but still own the farm next door.

Has there been any changes to the property since you sold the house? What was your favorite changes to the house that you made?

There is now an above ground pool where the garden is. There is a barn where the pickup is parked. Some trees are gone due to storms. The rear porch has been enclosed.
