Hand built in 1939 by Louis and Martha Palmer
Currently owned by Thomas Effinger their Son-in Law who remained after his wife Pam was gone and took care of Mr Palmer when he became ill.
The property shares a well with the house next door, Louis Palmers relative Neece Flinchum and her husband Henry, that home is currently owned by their Niese Carol (Susie) Williams.
