I believe this is Litchfield Farm, at the corner of 206 and 218, across from St. Paul’s Episcopal. The former home of Boyd and Elizabeth Braden. It’s notoriously haunted — a little girl who sings in the attic and a ghost carriage that rattles up the driveway.
