I bought this house in 1990. The house was 1500 sq ft and 2 BR/1 BA. I remodeled from 1992 - 1998 and put a full rear dormer, 2 front dormers and a front porch with 3 BR's and full bath upstairs. Currently it is a 4 BR and 2 BA 1800 sq ft with barn and fenced back yard for horses.
