One of three original Mead farms on old Monkton rd (currently Silver St). The old chicken house in the back is gone, as is the barn in the back of house. There would have been a very large dairy barn showing on the right, but this photo was taken after it burned. House renovated in 2018-2021.

What do you mean when you say "mead farm" does that mean they produced honey or did they brew mead?
