15609 Coolville Ridge Rd., Athens County Road 75, Athens, Ohio. This is my place now....8/2/2016. Ive lived here since 1987. It was my first house, I was 21 years old, just married and a newborn daughter then. It looks entirely different now. The house in the picture caught fire and burned down about 1990. I've since built a new house just behind where that one sat, bulldozed top of hill flat behind the house and a garage sets behind the house now.

The house was built in 1978 by Noel Sinclair. I gave $16,000 to Noel Sinclair for it in 1987 with one acre of land. He never lived there, I believe that he had built it for his daughter. Prior to the house being built there was a mobile home at the foot of the driveway where the swing set is at in the photo.
