Property originally belonged to Henry Lauer and his wife. After that it sold to Dan Saylor. We bought it not too long after this photo was taken. The original farm included land on both sides of 75 bordered by the twp road seen here to the north and another twp road (Cooper Rd) on the south and included what is now Woodland Ridge B & B.
