Corner of Oak Grove Road and Rte 32 in Vassalboro.

American Woolen Mill, corner of Oak Grove Rd., and Rt.#32, North Vassalboro. ME

the old American woolen mill, closed down in 1955, since then theres been over 15 other business started in there. was bought at an auction by Raymond Breton in 2011, there are five different business in there now (2016)

As others mentioned, this is the American Woolen Mill at the intersection of Oak Grove Road (bottom left) and Main Street (bottom right), Vassalboro, ME. Seen pictured: 960 Main Street (the American Woolen Mill's main buildings - center), 644 Oak Grove Road (garage at bottom left), 649-651 Oak Grove Road (rooflines at bottom), and 933 Main Street (roofline bottom right).
Many of the buildings seen in this photo still stand, and look similar as seen here. Most, if not all, of the American Woolen Mills buildings still stand today, and have various uses. The garage at the bottom left still stands, but was clad in a faux stone siding at some point and has recently fallen to disrepair. The only buildings demolished are 1-2 between 649 and 651 Oak Grove - the two peaks in the middle no longer exist today.
