Yup, this is our place. We bought it from Martha Kenya in October of 1982 after her husband had died. We still live there and love the place. We'd moved up from Bellevue, Iowa, to take a job with Kimberly Clark in May of 1982 after Cat closed their Iowa plant putting me out of a job. We'd weathered the Carter years but the plant did not. Found this place, made a ridiculous offer and Martha took it. Farmland had crashed. Found we had some really great neighbors and have had a nice life here. Retired now, but it turns out kids don't really want it because it's so much work and would cost too much. Thanks for making this available!
