Robert and Marlene winkers built this farmstead on their century farmland. Her grandparents , Henry and Kate reed were the keepers of the land in earlier years. These new buildings were built in 1975 away from the original buildings. They are still living on this farm in 2017 with their son, Kent, with a dairy herd and doing the field work.

It was wonderful to finally visit the Reed family homestead a few years ago when my sister and I went to a Reed Family reunion. Henry and Kate Reed were our great-grandparents.
