15815 House & Hahl Road. This grain elevator, once located in the southeast corner of Hempstead and House & Hahl Rds, was part of the Josey Ranch. When developers purchased the land and began developing Blackhorse Ranch, the golf community's logo was placed on the two freeway facing sides of the tallest building. The land was sold circa 2005 to an Episcopal church and there was a stipulation that the grain elevator with the Blackhorse Ranch logo could not be demolished until December 31, 2008. The grain elevator stood as advertisement for Blackhorse Ranch until it was demolished some time in 2009.
