This is Leroy's Baithouse and Doyle's boatyard. My cousins and I grew up in this baithouse, serving customers of Lake Lavon, TX since 1968. The Baithouse is still in business today! Looks much different in this area now.

Leroy's Bait and Tackle, 4013 Highway 78 Wylie Texas. The bait shop closed late 2022 or early 2023. This stretch of 78 was two lanes up until 2017.
