Haynes Chapel AME Church
This is a picture of the new Haynes Chapel built in 1984 officially dedicated in 1995. My Grandfather was a founding father of Haynes Chapel, Thaduess Pitts he was buried there

Does the Chapel look similar today to how it looked when this photo was taken?
No, there is an addition where those temporary steps are. The church cemetery in the rear is very much so populated and a large brick church sign sits out front. I've not been down to Calhoun County since 1996, but I've seen recent pictures. I'm from the D.C., Maryland area.
