At the time of this photo, this house was still in use. Later, it was left to deteriorate & many of the trees were removed from the property. Since that time, the house was fixed up with rumors of an ice cream shop, but it has again been unoccupied for a number of years.
Mid-bottom of picture shows southbound 1-83 entrance ramp/Old Trail Rd/southbound Newberrytown (Exit 13 at the time of this picture) exit ramp. The parking lot for an Exxon convenience store is in the lower right (still there today) & the parking lot for the Cloverleaf (pictured in previous image) is in the upper right. Sipe Road cuts across the top, nearly hidden by trees.
