If I remember correctly, the two houses you see off to the right were built by brothers and allegedly, they were identical. The one on the right is still occupied by the Hockenberry’s. The one on the left, I’m not sure who lives there now. Down in the left corner of this photo is where Eckle’s General Store and gas station used to be. Kate Hoagland occupied the home after Eckle’s moved on (it’s the house in the very bottom left corner). Off to the side was her antique store, which burned down back in the early 80’s. I am not sure what the building in the background was, as it is no longer there. The property across the street (bottom right) is where I grew up. This is all on Harbor-Edinburg Rd (the road running straight across) and Old Youngstown Rd is the road decending downward.
