This is the Charles Raymond Buterbaugh farm. Frances Armstrong Buterbaugh is mowing the grass. The farm is now owned by Amish-Mennonite bishop Daniel Beiler. The house and barn have been extensively enlarged, and the entry road near the barn is closed off. The home behind the main house was the residence of the Donald Charles Buterbaugh family, and is no longer there. This is on Route 286 Highway East, leaving Hillsdale proper. The right turn off Route 286, at the right corner of the photo, is Cherry Tree Road.
