This is the Ulmer farm on Dogwood Lane in Durham, PA. At one time they had a dairy store where they sold ice cream in the building on the lower right, but I think that had been closed for some years before this photo was taken. The building housed Durham Feed & Seed for some years, but sadly also closed a couple years ago. I had the pleasure of knowing Jerry "Peanut" Ulmer for many years before he passed away, an icon in the community.
