This building at the intersection of Rt 412 and Rt 563 has been home to many different businesses over the years, including (as I recall) an insurance agent, tackle shop, bike shop. Currently, it is home to the best ice cream shop you can find anywhere, OWowCow

Donahue's Charlie and Minni General store and Atlantic (ARCO) gas station. Bryers Ice cream and a penny candy counter. I bought many model cars there in the 60's/early 70's
