2872 State Route 44. Russell Swanigan property (1 acre), south side Kibler farm (Norman, Dearie Kibler) and 2882 State Route 44 north side. In 1997, Russell Swanigan bought 2882 property (5 acres) from Jerry, Donna Meadows.
