That was my home place, since I was born in 1947. My Dad tore down the old house and built this one in 1969. They moved in in 1970.
I bought part of the farm and moved there in 1995, after my parents had both passed. I still live there.
My parents were the second family line to own this farm.
They bought it in the mid 1940s, from the Snavely family, who’s ancestors had homesteaded it, when the land in this part of Ohio was first settled!
