Farm just south of the RR tracks on the east side of Gifford Rd north of Rt 20, Kipton. This farm has gone through several changes. By 1969 there were 8 long buildings in the back, perhaps a mink farm. By 1994 it was down to 2 sheds and the last one was removed in 2007. The barn no longer has "1939" on the roof. Today the RR is part of the North Coast Inland Trail.
