Not 100%, but this resembles the Rand house that sits in the trees behind the auto parts store by Walgreens and Sheetz at 1010. You could access it by dirt paths from 1010 or 401. I believe the 401 path is gone, but the 1010 path still takes you there. It looks like it's about to fall in on itself as of late 2019.

Jason, you would be correct. The house was behind Advance Auto Parts until 2020 when it was demolished to make way for the Costco parking lot.
