This was Ruth Cummings or "Thumps" house. I spent many childhood days here as my grandmothers home was next door, and I can remember running back and forth between the yards with my barefeet delivering baked goods between the two neighbors turned friends. Both of these women are gone now,
but I cherish the wonderful memories they left with me.
