The Hudson Manor before renovations. Designed by MS Davis in 1916 for CH Hudson and his wife Maime. A few of the large trees have been removed (died) and many more have been planted. Partially renovated in the 1970's by Barbara Debnam (kin to CH Hudson), then updated again in the 1990's by Patricia Burnette Chastain (Franklin Co Clerk of Courts). Owned by the Cogliati family since 2014 and run as a wedding venue/banquet hall since 2004. Originally purchased 9 acres with the old house, now have almost 50, the large pond, a Chapel on site, Ballroom with commercial kitchen and horse barn. We LOVE it!
