This was the original Providence Elementary School. Later became Piedmont Academy, a private school. Think that was around 1966. Was torn down and new Fire Department built in its location.

Played around this school once it was abandoned and before it became Piedmont Academy. Played Little League and church softball on that field too.

This building housed the Piedmont Academy, which was established by Caswell County parents not wanting their children to attend segregated schools.
