I grew up here from Fall 1973 through Summer 1990. From what I remember, this house was ordered from Sears' Modern Homes Catalog circa 1913, and it was the station master's house as it is situated at the intersection of Federal and Craig roads which also had a railroad track running through the intersection at an angle. (The track was removed in the 1980s-ish.) When we were little, my brother and I would stand waiting for the train, and when the end of it finally came by, the men in the caboose would toss Peppermint Patties to us.
