This is the house I grew up in. The address is 8236 N. State Rd., Orleans, MI 48865. My parents still live here. The barn was destroyed in a straight-line wind storm around 1998. It was built (the barn) by my Grandfather after the original barn burned to the ground. My parents bought the farm from my Grandparents in 1971. There are a number of changes; the pear tree (next to the road) was also destroyed by the storm, a new pole barn was built north of the house, the house was added on in 1984.
