My parents rented this house from Ed Brenneman, Fall 1966 through Spring 1968. I was a junior and senior at Mid-Prairie High School. Dad taught at Mid-Prairie Junior High at Kalona where my three siblings were students. Mom was a cataloguer at the University Library in Iowa City. My sister commuted with Mom 1967-68 after being accepted into University High School.

Thanks for sharing this photo Dan! It brings back lots of memories including dream memories! Horse & pony, sheep, making hay, raccoon, building chicken house & raising 32 + 25 baby chicks, pet raccoon, solitude & toy farm time in the pasture to east of the barn, pretend foal in one of the unused barn stalls, Bunny my dog friend, school friends, 4-H, etc etc etc.
