This is the farm I live on now! I love this angle - seeing the house and the swingset! Other angles don't show much of the house because of all of the trees. My husband, Eric, bought the farm in 10/2010 from (the family of) Lillian Wodtke. According to what I've seen online, the house was built in 1905. The "flat barn" (26' x 48') in the center of the farm was built in 1920 or 1948 (it's listed on the assessor's site twice, although maybe one is referencing the shed you can't see in this photo between the house and the barn). The swine finish and farrow (20' x 40') was built in 1935. The "barn - feed & livestock" (32' x 34') and the crib (27' x 40') were built in 1910. The poultry shed (14' x 36') was built in 1948. My husband tore down a few sheds shortly after buying the property. The poultry shed and the larger barn were covered in white metal when he bought the farm. We painted the barn and the corn crib a few years ago.

Well, I didn't change the above comment that I copied/pasted. This angle doesn't show the house/swingset because of the shade trees. I love seeing the pigs in this picture and seeing the farm equipment! We have pigs in that same shed now!
