This is Finley Elementary School. It was built in phases, beginning in 1953 and completed in 1968. There are six classrooms in the building (center-left of this picture); the cafeteria and kitchen is the section on the right. The school district closed Finley in the late '80s and it was demolished not long after. Nothing remains today save the concrete slab upon which it was built. The view in this photo is toward the west-southwest. Bethel Baptist Church is out-of-frame to the right.
