Carl bolch/ FINA

FINA gas station on Route 36 East in Long Creek, operated by Pat and Earl Lewis at the time. I worked there in 1976 along with my cousin Rex. I enlarged this picture to see the 2 cars parked by the camper along side of the station as that is where we always parked. Sure enough it's my 1972 Monte Carlo and Rex's 1969 Chevelle! There are 2 guys on the lot pumping gas, so one of them is me and the other is Rex. I was 16 years old. Unfortunately this station is long gone and so is the camper sales behind it. The camper sales building is still there and in use by another company. The empty corner lot on the right is where Sliders Bar is now.

One of the guys pumping gas is me and the other is my cousin. The 2 cars by the building are my 72 Monte Carlo and his 69 Chevelle. Unfortunately this place is gone.
