Shell gas station. We're south of Dwight, Illinois, and the view looks west. From bottom to top we see the Gulf, Mobile & Ohio Railroad, the original 1926-1943 alignment of U.S. 66 (Odell Road), and the 1943-1977 Dwight bypass. This is 10 years before Interstate 55 was built.
