This farm was featured in the 2013 Superman film "Man of Steel" as Pa Kent's farm. The three tallest barns and what appears to be a pump shed are the sole remaining buildings, and were the only structures featured in the film. The house is gone, but a nonexistent house was added to the homestead by CGI in the film.
