we (Jerry and Sheri Engelhart) purchased this home in 2008 from Rosie Stine. The Stine family built the house, barn and buildings in the early 1900s. it is said to be a "Sears" house. the very back building is gone and the barn is red.There are several more trees on the property. We hope to live out our days here. home, sweet home...
