My parents rented this place from the Petersons from 1964 to 1971. When they got it, it had no running water or privy! Dad & mom (Roy & Terry French) remodeled it to a very nice home, rent free (per the landlord agreement of updating the place) due to it not being inhabited in many years. This was "home" to me!
