The Eden Roc Motel and Restaurant. Owned and operated by Bill and Lila O'Leary. This stylish 1960s Motel used postcards to advertise their business. These postcards can still be found for sale today as memorabilia. The postcard read as follows:

It is still there today, although it appears to be in disrepair.
