My dad grew up in one of these houses. He was 1 if 10 kids. It was referred to as the Cooper Place. We lived here also. It had an outhouse and no inside toilet. We had tornadoes come through twice that I remember, and a few floods. My father in law as county judge paved the road in 1989. My dad and his family farmed soybeans here.
